Requirements
- Enrolled CS Executive or Professional student
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and MCA21 portal
Associate — Corporate Compliance
Full-TimeFiling and managing annual compliance calendars for a portfolio of clients — Pvt Ltd companies, LLPs, and startups. Ownership of MCA filings, ROC correspondence, and secretarial records.
Requirements
- Qualified CS — Executive or Professional Programme
- 1–3 years experience in MCA filings
- Familiarity with V3 MCA portal
